I’ve been in radio for quite some time now – almost 20 years if you want a number. I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the worlds greatest broadcasters. I’ve also seen some awful ones as well…like the girl who set off the emergency tape because she forgot to open the mic while talking. How we laughed. Well, not at the time we didn’t. It was a long drive to go and switch it off owing to a lack of technology…Anyway, that’s enough about her.

I consider myself to be rather fortunate to be in the radio industry and wouldn’t change it for a thing. From working with outside broadcasts, live and recorded interviews, musicians, shows in front of live audiences… I’ve done the lot. Even making the tea. I make very good tea so I’m told. And coffee, just while we’re on the subject of beverages.

Anyway, I hope you find this little corner of the interweb of some use to you and find something that you can take away and use in your own little way perhaps.
